1. Services
TechShifu provides web development products and services including AI Governor, AI Site Builder, Mobile Payment integration, Laravel development, WordPress customization, and Social Media Reports. By using any TechShifu service, you agree to these terms.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse our services. You may not use TechShifu products to violate any law, infringe on intellectual property, distribute malware, or harm other users. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
3. Payment Terms
All prices are in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka). Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We offer a 7-day full refund on all new subscriptions — contact hello@techshifu.com within 7 days of your first payment.
4. Intellectual Property
You own all content and data on your WordPress site. TechShifu retains ownership of its software, tools, and platform. All output generated by TechShifu products on your site is 100% standard WordPress — you own it and can use it freely, even after cancelling your subscription.
🔓 No Lock-In Guarantee
If you cancel your subscription, your sites continue to work exactly as-is. All AI-generated content, pages, and configurations remain fully editable in standard WordPress — no proprietary formats, no vendor dependency.
5. Limitation of Liability
TechShifu’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We recommend keeping regular backups of your WordPress sites.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice depending on severity.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
